What Hedgeless does

Conquistador Capital INC operates Hedgeless Trading as an education, community, analytics, merchandise and referral business. Hedgeless is not a brokerage, investment advisory service, proprietary trading firm or trading-account issuer. We do not provide personalized financial advice, manage your capital, pool customer funds, execute your trades or guarantee returns. These statements describe the services actually offered; they are not an exemption from a law that applies to our conduct.

Content in the ebook, site, Slack community, Zoom sessions, support messages and Trader Desk is general information. It is not tailored to your finances, investment objectives, debts, knowledge, health or risk tolerance. Use an appropriately qualified independent professional for personal advice. Participation does not create an adviser-client or account-management relationship.

Loss, leverage and execution risk

Trading currencies, CFDs, futures, stocks, commodities and other instruments involves substantial risk. Prices can change rapidly. You can lose your entire trading allocation; depending on the provider's contract and product, losses or obligations can exceed an initial payment. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses.

Spreads, commissions, financing, slippage, gaps, liquidity shortages, exchange closures, order rejections and technical failures affect outcomes. A stop order or a hedge does not ensure a particular exit price or eliminate loss. A hotkey terminal is a control device, not protection against mistakes or a promise of correct order execution.

Use only risk capital you can afford to lose. Do not use money needed for rent, bills, emergencies or debt payments. Do not increase trading frequency, leverage or account purchases just to earn a loyalty reward or generate an affiliate commission.

Athens accounts and Apollo 10x

Athens supplies and administers its accounts. Its current agreement determines account eligibility, account boundaries, instruments, bonuses, verification and withdrawal procedures. Trading, deposits, withdrawals and Apollo/ATH purchases occur off-site with Athens. Hedgeless merchandise checkout does not hold or transmit your trading deposit.

An Apollo package's “10x” account balance is not a tenfold cash payout or guaranteed return on the purchase price. Nominal account balance, actual equity, bonus credit, withdrawable profit and paid purchase price are different. Account loss boundaries and deactivation rules still apply. “Instant” account access does not mean risk-free trading or immediate receipt of profits. Your provider's verification and processing determine payment timing.

Provider bonus credit is governed by the provider's terms. It is separate from ordinary cash, from Hedgeless cash back and from a promise that credit can be withdrawn. Read the exact account offer, not just a marketing comparison.

Third-party and location risks

Providers control their operations, account contracts, execution and payment systems. Insolvency, account restrictions, disputes, service interruptions, legal changes and different jurisdictions can affect access to funds or remedies. Hedgeless does not insure provider balances or guarantee a provider's obligations. We remain responsible for our own representations and contractual duties.

Products and platforms differ by provider, account type and location. “Stocks” or “futures” in marketing may refer to a derivative with different rights from a directly owned share or exchange-traded contract. Confirm the instrument and its specifications. Use only services lawfully available to you; an affiliate link does not establish eligibility, government endorsement or regulatory registration.

Demo, hypothetical and selected results

Demo and hypothetical results are not actual customer investment returns. Simulated fills can omit slippage, liquidity constraints, financing, live execution pressure and the practical ability to hold through losses. Backtests and examples can benefit from hindsight or selected assumptions and do not establish that a strategy would have achieved the same result in live trading.

Past or selected performance, testimonials, screenshots, lifestyle artwork and individual host results do not predict your results. Results can be gross rather than net of costs, currency-dependent and incomplete. No person is promised similar profits, account growth, payouts or income. Branding and shirt slogans are creative material, not earnings claims.

Trader Desk limitations

Trader Desk reconstructs statistics from available records. Historical imports can be incomplete, delayed, duplicated or interpreted differently from a broker statement. Fees, financing, currency conversion, open positions, deposits, withdrawals and bonus equity are separate from closed-trade performance. An observed account snapshot is not a complete intraday equity history.

Profit factor, win rate, average R, streaks and calendar P&L describe the available sample; they do not certify accuracy, future profitability, regulatory compliance or provider payout eligibility. Original risk information is needed to calculate meaningful R metrics. Verify important decisions against source statements. A manual workspace does not automatically synchronize with a provider.

Compensation and incentives

Hedgeless receives compensation from qualifying referred provider activity and sells merchandise. Compensation can depend on qualifying purchases or trading volume. A referring Syndicate member can also earn a commission under the published program. These incentives create a conflict: we and the referring member benefit financially from qualifying activity.

Our commercial relationship is not independent investment advice. Do not choose a provider or trade because a host, affiliate or loyalty program benefits. “Affiliate link” identifies a compensated relationship; material relationships must also be disclosed in the relevant recommendation or promotion.

Cash back, credits and physical rewards

Hedgeless loyalty rewards are contractual program benefits, not investment returns, account funding or proof of trading skill. Eligible activity earns actual dollar cash back, separate merch credit and the listed free physical products. Points are not currency, a security, withdrawable broker equity or a transferable financial asset.

Demo activity, manual journal trades and deposits do not earn broker bonuses or live trading rewards. Receipt verification prevents duplicate or refunded transactions from creating rewards. A private delivery record is not a blockchain transfer, card issuance or shipment by itself.

Bitcoin and prepaid delivery

Bitcoin payments require a correctly identified recipient, wallet address and network. Transfers can be irreversible, volatile and subject to network fees, delays or provider checks. Never supply a private key or seed phrase. Confirm the USD valuation and transfer details before a payment is sent. Hedgeless does not manage a crypto investment portfolio or guarantee a future Bitcoin price.

Visa and Mastercard prepaid gift cards are governed by their issuers. Acceptance, geographic availability, permitted transactions and expiration rules differ. They are not a guaranteed broker-deposit method, cash-withdrawal facility or bank account. Cash App delivery is offered only through a supported lawful method. Tax reporting and the recipient's personal tax duties remain separate from the payment method.
