Merchandise & Order Terms

Seller and checkout scope

Conquistador Capital INC operates the Hedgeless merchandise store. It sells the listed shirts and trading desk accessories through Wix merchandise checkout. Apollo/ATH purchases, deposits, account funding and broker withdrawals are handled directly by Athens off-site. A merchandise order does not create, fund or activate a trading account.

Items marked coming soon or preview are not open for purchase. Selecting a bundle preview does not reserve stock or charge a payment. Artwork illustrates Hedgeless branding; the actual product listing identifies the item being sold. Free higher-rank physical products are governed by the Reward Terms, separate from a retail order.

Product information and compatibility

Read the listed size, fabric, dimensions, included parts and device requirements. Screen colors and product mockups can differ from physical print or finish; we do not use this as an excuse to supply a materially different item. A hardware listing must identify the actual model, power/connectivity requirements and supported operating system or platform mappings before purchase is enabled.

The trading terminal is an input device, not a broker or trading strategy. The triple monitor is three external 16-inch panels on an independent stand; a laptop is not included. Do not assume a preview image establishes TradeLocker certification, platform endorsement or automatic trading functionality.

Prices, promotions and payment

Prices are in USD unless checkout states another currency. Checkout displays selected options, quantities, discounts, delivery charges and applicable tax before payment. A preview price or supplier estimate is not an accepted order price. A material pricing error is communicated before fulfillment; we do not silently charge a higher amount. You can accept a corrected order or receive a refund for a canceled, unfulfilled order.

The shirt quantity tiers are 5% for 2–3 eligible shirts, 10% for 4–5 and 15% for 6 or more. One quantity tier applies. Gear is excluded from the shirt quantity discount. FIRSTBADGE5 is a separate one-use-per-customer benefit. Checkout shows any valid combination; we do not promise an undisclosed stacking rule. Merch credit and coupons exclude tax or shipping unless expressly stated.

Payment is processed through the checkout provider. An accepted order is confirmed through the order record after successful payment and order validation. Returning to the website alone does not prove payment. Keep the order number. There is no recurring charge or subscription merely from purchasing an item or joining the waiting list.

Fulfillment, delays and substitutions

The product page and checkout show delivery destinations and the applicable production or shipping estimate. Shirts and hardware can ship separately, including through fulfillment partners. We remain responsible for the seller's order obligations.

We ship within the stated time. If no shipment time is stated, we follow the applicable U.S. merchandise-order rule, including its default 30-day shipment period. A delay is communicated with the required choice to accept the revised shipment date or cancel for a prompt refund. We do not substitute a materially different paid item without your agreement or force store credit instead of a legally required refund.

Returns, defects and warranties

The Shipping & Returns Policy defines the standard return process and the treatment of damaged, incorrect or missing goods. A clearly identified personalized item can have a different change-of-mind rule disclosed before purchase; defect and mandatory remedies remain.

We do not promise an unverified manufacturer's warranty, electrical certification or universal device compatibility. Any manufacturer warranty supplied with the actual product is described in its listing and documentation. Nothing in these terms removes a statutory warranty, safety right, product-liability remedy or other mandatory consumer protection.

Disputes and customer duties

Provide an accurate shipping address and contact us quickly about a correction or order problem. Do not submit another person's payment information without authority. Preserve relevant records and packaging when needed to investigate an issue.

You retain lawful chargeback and complaint rights. A genuine payment dispute is not automatically fraud. Rewards attributed to refunded orders are reconciled against the eligible settled amount under the Reward Terms.
