Operator and contact

Conquistador Capital INC operates Hedgeless Trading and determines how information collected through its website is used for its services. For privacy questions or requests, contact investwithccinc@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request.” This policy covers Hedgeless features, not the independent services of Athens, TradeLocker, Wix or other linked businesses.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed for the features you choose:

• Waiting lists: email address, optional first name, community choices, merchandise interest and a separate optional marketing preference.
• Member access: member identifier, authentication/session information and relevant account or consent records.
• Journals: account nicknames, trades, notes, original-risk entries, imported files and optional equity observations.
• Authorized connections: platform/server and environment, permitted account identifiers, available orders and executions, reconstructed performance, contract details and observed account states.
• Rewards and affiliates: enrollment, referral codes and attribution, qualifying receipts, verified points or lots, achievements, reward components, status, reversals and payment or physical-delivery confirmations.
• Orders and support: contact and shipping details you provide, order references, messages, relevant photographs and transaction status supplied by the service provider.
• Technical operation: browser and device information, IP addresses, service logs, cookies and browser storage used by the site and its embedded providers.

Do not submit information about another person without authority. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, full card numbers, or trading passwords through chat, community posts or email.

Why we use it

We use information to provide requested content and communities, authenticate members, retrieve authorized records, calculate analytics, administer purchases and earned benefits, attribute qualifying referrals, respond to support, prevent fraud and security abuse, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, these uses relate to providing the requested service or contract, our proportionate security and administrative interests, legal obligations, or a separate consent for an optional use. Optional marketing and account-specific strategy research are separate choices; they are not required to receive the free ebook or access ordinary journal features.

Passwords, platform access and retained archives

The private connection uses your submitted trading credentials to request platform access. It does not save your trading password. Platform access tokens and retained private backend records are encrypted and associated with the authenticated member. Authorized support or administration can access relevant information for the services and investigations described here; encryption does not mean no authorized operator can process the records.

Connecting imports the permitted accounts returned by the selected provider login, not just a manually selected nickname. Review the imported accounts. Disconnecting stops updates and removes platform access tokens and active connected snapshots. Encrypted historical archives remain for your review. Those archives do not contain trading passwords or platform tokens. Request retained-data removal separately if you no longer want the archives kept.

The provider must permit the API integration. A TradeLocker connection does not establish broker referral attribution or commission eligibility. Providers that prohibit external API syncing are unsupported for that feature.

Browser copies and member journals

A guest journal begins in page memory. Choosing “Save on this device” saves it in that browser profile's local storage. Anyone with access to that profile can potentially read the saved copy. Turning off device saving or deleting a workspace removes the relevant device copy; it does not close a provider account.

Signed-in manual journals are separately saved through the private member service. Login tokens and temporary redirect recovery data use the tab's session storage. Saved-copy conflicts pause automatic journal saving until you choose a version. Download a backup of important records. To remove copies from multiple devices, clear each device's relevant storage and request backend removal where appropriate.

Optional strategy research

Strategy research is off by default and has a separate choice for each retained account. If you enable it, the site owner can compare that account's reconstructed performance with other participating accounts in a private research view. The grouped view excludes member names, login details and personal journal notes. Small samples can still create inference risks; grouping is not a claim that every result is irreversibly anonymous.

Turn participation off in “My retained trade archives & strategy labels.” Subsequent research queries exclude that account. Withdrawal does not retroactively undo calculations already reviewed, but future optional use stops. Contact the privacy email for removal questions. We do not publish private performance as a testimonial without separate permission.

Who receives information

Wix supplies hosting, member authentication, Forms/Contacts, private CMS storage and merchandise commerce/payment features. TradeLocker and the relevant broker process authorized platform access and account data. tawk.to supplies embedded chat, including messages, contact details and technical/session information. Google Fonts is requested by the site and receives technical request information needed to deliver the fonts.

When a product or reward is fulfilled, the payment issuer, lawful payout provider, supplier or carrier receives the recipient and transaction information necessary for that delivery. Relevant shipping data is not a trading credential. The referring affiliate receives its attributable transaction and commission information, not your private trading journal, login or wallet secrets. Access by employees or service providers is limited to the purposes they perform.

We also disclose information where required by law, to investigate fraud or protect lawful rights, and as part of a lawful business transfer with continuing privacy obligations. We do not sell private trading records to advertisers or make them public by default. This statement does not classify every embedded provider's independent use as a particular statutory category.

Cookies and similar technology

Member sessions, security, the merchandise cart, browser-saved journals and referral-code recovery use cookies or browser storage as appropriate to the feature. The embedded chat stays off until you choose to allow live chat. After it loads, tawk.to processes technical/session information and can process it before you send a message. Your choice is stored on your device; use “Chat privacy settings” in the footer to change it. Turning chat off reloads the page to stop the active widget. A browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps chat off on initial page load even if an earlier device choice allowed it; you can still explicitly request live chat. Third-party providers operate their own cookies and policies. Optional marketing permission is not a universal cookie permission.

Your browser can block or clear cookies and storage; doing so can sign you out, reset the cart or remove a device journal. A browser setting does not delete retained backend records. The chat choice is specific to live chat. It is not a universal country-specific cookie manager or an advertising sale/sharing opt-out integration. Where applicable law requires an additional consent or opt-out mechanism, that mechanism must be provided for the relevant processing; merely posting this policy is not that mechanism.

Marketing and requested notifications

The signup form keeps optional general marketing unchecked by default. Requested waiting-list, ebook and drop notifications are separate from optional promotional updates. You can withdraw marketing permission through an available unsubscribe control or the privacy email. Transaction, security, legal and outstanding-service messages can continue when needed to administer your relationship.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for the purpose it serves: active accounts and requested services, retained archives you choose to keep, outstanding orders or benefits, security investigations, disputes and legally required records. We review removal requests and retain only records that remain necessary for an identified reason. We do not promise that disconnecting instantly deletes every record or backup.

Accounting, refund, fraud, consent and benefit-delivery records can need longer retention than an optional journal. When records are removed, backup and provider deletion follows the relevant service process. We explain a lawful reason for denying or limiting a request. We do not use a retention requirement as permission for unrelated marketing or optional research.

Access, correction and other rights

You can use available exports, journal deletion, disconnect controls and research choices. Contact the privacy email to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of optional consent or another right that applies where you live. We verify identity proportionately before disclosing or changing private records; do not email a password as proof.

Depending on applicable law, you can also have rights to restrict or object to certain processing, obtain portable information, appeal a decision or complain to the relevant regulator. We respond within the applicable legal period and do not retaliate for exercising a protected right. This policy does not assert that every jurisdiction's privacy law applies identically to every feature.

International processing, age and security

Hedgeless and its providers can process data in the United States and other provider locations, with legal protections that differ from yours. We use required contractual or other lawful safeguards where a transfer rule applies. A provider's certification does not certify Hedgeless or eliminate our own obligations.

Enrollment, account connections, rewards, referrals and purchases are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly solicit children's information. Contact us if a child has supplied it so we can investigate and remove it as required.

Access controls and encryption protect the private backend, but no system guarantees absolute security. Report a suspected data incident promptly without publishing other users' records. We investigate and provide notices required by applicable law.

Policy changes and provider policies

Material changes carry a new effective date and appropriate notice. A new optional processing purpose requires a separate choice where required; continued browsing is not a substitute for a required consent.
