Syndicate Affiliate Terms

Operator and program

Conquistador Capital INC operates the Hedgeless Syndicate as a direct-referral program. These terms supplement the general Terms & Conditions, Risk & Service Disclosure and Privacy Policy. Enrollment is free and available to adults with accurate member details. You are an independent participant, not our employee, broker, adviser, partner or agent authorized to bind the company.

The program is not multi-level marketing. There are no downline commissions, payments merely for recruiting, required inventory purchases, enrollment fees or purchases required to maintain referral status. Badges recognize distinct verified customers; they do not promise income.

Enrollment and attribution

Accept these program terms in Trader Desk to receive a private referral code and personal link. Your code identifies referrals attributed to you. Enrollment alone does not create an earned commission; a transaction must meet the published program rules.

An eligible new customer can be attributed to one direct referring member. The recorded referral window is 12 months from the referred customer's enrollment; it does not restart with every click or purchase. A customer cannot refer themselves or create alternate identities, circular referrals or duplicate accounts to generate commissions. A prior valid attribution cannot be overwritten by another affiliate's link merely to redirect an existing customer's commission.

Cookies and browser storage help preserve a code through signup, but are not final proof of a qualifying sale. Verified member attribution and source receipts determine credit. Missing-code disputes require authentic records; fabricated screenshots or receipts are prohibited.

Eligible transactions and amounts

Only actual, settled, source-verified transactions recorded under the program qualify. Eligible sources are Wix merchandise orders and permitted Athens partner statements for the qualifying activity shown in Trader Desk. Trading-platform volume alone does not verify referral income. Demo activity, deposits, withdrawals, self-referrals, unpaid orders and invented account face values do not generate commissions.

The rate shown for your eligible transaction is applied to verified contribution profit after attributable costs, not nominal trading-account balance or gross customer spending. Applicable costs include fulfillment, payment costs, refunds and other documented transaction expenses. The program rate is bounded at 0–20% of that contribution profit. A later rate change applies to future qualifying transactions, not a silently rewritten settled commission. Members see their own attributable records, rate and commission amount, not other members' private financial records.

At the date of these terms, referral enrollment and tracking are available; commission payment operations are not open. The program records its activation and applicable rate. Transactions before activation do not silently acquire a retroactive commission unless an express written promotion grants that benefit. No active positive commission rate is implied by a promotional badge.

Refunds, fraud and reconciliation

Refunds, chargebacks, reversals and demonstrably fraudulent transactions reverse the corresponding commission. We keep the source reference and explain the adjustment. Amounts already paid on a reversed transaction can be offset against future commissions where lawful; an invalid original transaction does not create an ongoing right to its commission.

We do not impose a penalty for an honest review, legitimate refund request or protected payment dispute. An unresolved attribution or fraud issue is investigated using documented facts. Suspension for misconduct does not cancel unrelated genuine earned commissions.

Settlement and delivery

Earned commissions are shown separately from pending or reversed transactions. Payment requires accurate recipient information and the lawful identity/tax information required by the selected provider. Methods, minimum payout amount if any, fees and schedule must be displayed before they are applied; no undisclosed minimum or fee is imposed retroactively.

A ledger reservation or “delivery pending” status is not a transfer. Completed payment uses a unique external confirmation. Bitcoin, prepaid cards or another offered method must satisfy the recipient and provider requirements described in the Risk & Service Disclosure. No affiliate may collect trading deposits or distribute broker payouts on our behalf.

Honest promotion and disclosure

Disclose your material connection clearly with the relevant recommendation, link, video or post. A suitable plain disclosure is: “I earn a commission from qualifying purchases or activity through my Hedgeless referral link.” Use the wording that accurately describes the actual offer. Place it where readers encounter the recommendation; do not bury it only in a profile, footer or long tag list.

Describe your true experience. Do not claim guaranteed profits, typical earnings without evidence, risk-free funding, instant withdrawals, regulatory endorsement, adviser status or a nonexistent discount. Do not describe nominal account balance as cash available to withdraw. Do not encourage excessive trading merely to create lot commissions or loyalty points.

Do not impersonate Hedgeless or a provider, buy fake reviews or followers, create misleading comparison pages, hide a commercial relationship, spam, send unlawful marketing, misuse another person's contacts or make statements beyond the current offer. You are responsible for the laws and platform rules applicable to your promotions.

Brand permissions and prohibited tactics

We grant a limited, revocable, nonexclusive permission to use supplied program materials for lawful program promotion. Keep disclosures and current offer information intact. You do not own Hedgeless marks or receive a license to sell our artwork or pretend to be our official support desk.

Do not register confusing domains or social accounts, use our brand in paid search without written permission, scrape private customer data, distribute malware, fabricate coupon offers or promote unauthorized financial products under our name. Do not offer a separate cashback or inducement in our name without written agreement. Stop using supplied materials when participation ends.

Data, termination and changes

Use referral and transaction data only to administer your legitimate program participation. Do not expose a customer's identity, journal or account details. Report suspected data misuse to the legal email.

Either party can end participation. We can restrict promotion or payment processing while investigating a credible legal, fraud or security problem, with an explanation where lawful. We reconcile real earned commissions and reversals rather than treating termination as automatic forfeiture. Changes are prospective and identified by a new version. These terms do not grant an exemption from referral, financial-services, advertising or tax laws.
